Private Yoga Lessons

If you choose yoga to refresh yourself or to relax after a hard working day you can also call me. Either private or small group sessions are available in your home or hotel room for your convenience.
There are two options to choose from: Traditional Hatha Yoga or Dynamic Yoga.
I have pieced together, a so-called Dynamic yoga-exercise, that provides us with the necessary power and energy. It creates a relaxed state of mind that is essential to a balanced life. The exercise is practically based on the elements of yoga and Pilates. It positively affects our mood and it also has anti-stress effect. It strengthens motivation, causes exhilaration, increases attention and focus as well as assures well-being.
Dynamic yoga helps to focus on our body awareness and inner stability. It strenghtens the muscles, moves, stretches the body, makes it flexible from top to bottom and improves people’s posture. Doing the exercises consciously makes us aware of our inner feelings and creates inner balance.
