Massage and Professionality

I graduated from the Hungarian University of Physical Education in Budapest. During my university years, gaining in-depth knowledge about the human body and recognizing the importance of movement had a profound impact on me, which continues to influence my life to this day. I currently practice as an alternative massage and movement therapist and instructor in Budapest.

I’ve had the opportunity to work as a masseuse in various prestigious institutions, including the Four Seasons Gresham Palace***** Hotel, where I primarily treated international clients, including some of the world’s most famous artists, businesspeople, and public figures. Their positive feedback is especially valuable to me, as they are accustomed to being treated by the finest professionals globally. It is an honor that they expressed the highest level of satisfaction with my services. Their appreciation provided the success that ultimately inspired me to pass on my massage knowledge.

My Professional Experience

I began my career in Budapest at the Almássy Téri Recreation Center as a swimming instructor, where I first encountered baby swimming, which remained a part of my life for many years.

Later, in my hometown of Gyula, I worked for a year at the wellness department of Elizabeth Hotel****. Besides baby swimming, I conducted women’s fitness classes for guests and eventually completed a massage course. This marked the beginning of my new career as one of the hotel’s masseuses. It quickly became clear that I had a natural talent for it. After moving back to Budapest, I started working at the Széchenyi Bath. The years spent there ingrained the movements into my hands.

Massage references

While building my private practice, I also had the privilege of massaging in some of Budapest’s finest hotels. I soon realized that to maintain the body’s health, one must also heed the voice of the soul. I mastered numerous self-awareness and energy healing techniques, which significantly enhanced my ability to provide comprehensive care to my clients.
